Our partnership

Housing and care. Clear responsibilities.

We work in partnership with care providers, including Stalwart Odrit Achievers Ltd, to coordinate accommodation and care where appropriate. Each organisation keeps its own responsibilities, governance and legal identity.

Accommodation

Stalwart Support Homes CIC

Focuses on accommodation-related arrangements: identifying suitable properties and coordinating access to them.

  • Identifying suitable accommodation
  • Property suitability and environment
  • Accommodation arrangements
  • Liaison with commissioners and housing partners

Regulated care

Our care partners

Separate care providers we work with, including Stalwart Odrit Achievers Ltd. Each is responsible for delivering care within its own CQC registration, service scope and agreed contracts.

  • Assessed care and support
  • Regulated activity under its CQC registration
  • Care staffing and delivery
  • Care planning within agreed contracts

Stalwart Support Homes CIC is not the care provider. Regulated care is delivered by our partner care providers only where it falls within their CQC registration and the agreed commissioning arrangements.

How the partnership works

Who does what

Clear lines between housing and care.

Keeping housing and care responsibilities distinct protects the person, makes accountability clear for commissioners, and means each organisation only does what it is set up and, where relevant, registered to do.

The exact division of responsibilities for any placement is set out in the arrangements agreed with the commissioner. Where both are marked, each organisation is responsible for its own part.

How coordination works

One conversation, two clear roles.

  1. 1

    An enquiry comes in

A commissioner or professional shares the person’s general accommodation and support requirements.

  2. 2

    Accommodation is considered

Stalwart Support Homes CIC looks at whether a suitable home is, or may become, available.

  3. 3

    Care is considered

Where appropriate, a partner care provider considers whether the required care falls within its registration, scope and capacity.

  4. 4

    Arrangements are agreed

Each organisation agrees its own part with the commissioner, so it is always clear who is responsible for what.

Governance

Separate organisations, in every sense.

Separate legal identity

Stalwart Support Homes CIC (company no. 17530093) is a separate legal entity from each care provider it works with, including Stalwart Odrit Achievers Ltd.

Separate governance

Each organisation has its own governance, policies and decision-making.

Separate responsibilities

Each is accountable for the services it provides, under its own contracts and, where applicable, its own regulatory registration.

Placement enquiries

Talk to us about accommodation and care

Commissioners, social workers, NHS professionals, housing partners and care providers are welcome to get in touch for an initial discussion about the person’s general requirements.

Please don’t include sensitive personal or clinical details in a first enquiry — we’ll agree a secure route if they’re needed.
