Who we support
A stable home, with the right support around it.
Our accommodation is intended for adults and young people aged 16 and over with assessed support needs — people who may benefit from a settled home and coordinated support to live with greater independence in the community.

The people our homes are for
Defined by needs, not labels.
Depending on the property, the person’s needs and the arrangements available, accommodation may be considered for people in the groups below. Each enquiry is considered on its own merits.
- 01
Adults with learning disabilities
People who may benefit from predictable routines, a personalised home and support to develop independence and take part in community life.
- 02
Autistic adults
People for whom communication needs, sensory preferences and a well-suited environment make the difference between coping and settling.
- 03
People with mental health support needs
People who need a stable living environment while they receive appropriate care or community-based support.
- 04
People with physical disabilities
People who need an accessible environment or assistance with aspects of daily living, where a suitable property is available.
- 05
Young people aged 16 and over
Young people who need a structured, supportive living environment — only where the arrangement is properly commissioned and authorised.
- 06
Other assessed support needs
People whose needs don’t fit a single label. If the home and the support can be arranged safely, we will consider it.

What we aim to support
Our approach is centred on dignity, choice, inclusion, safety and the opportunity for each person to develop greater independence — including positive risk-taking where it has been properly planned.
People and their representatives are involved in planning a move, and review arrangements help pick up changing needs early, so that people can keep their home.
Suitability
What a placement depends on.
We only progress a placement when the accommodation is suitable and the required arrangements can be established. These are the things we look at together with the referring professional.
- 01
Assessed needs
The person’s care and support needs, as assessed by the relevant professionals.
- 02
Wishes and preferences
Where the person wants to live, who with, and what matters to them about home.
- 03
Identified risks
Risks to the person and others, and the measures that would keep everyone safe.
- 04
The property
Location, accessibility, layout, facilities and environmental suitability.
- 05
Care arrangements
Whether the required support can be provided, by whom, and within the right registration.
- 06
Compatibility
In a shared home, the needs, safety and preferences of everyone affected.
- 07
Commissioning
The relevant approvals, funding and authorisations being in place.
Placement enquiries
Supporting someone who needs a home?
Commissioners, social workers, NHS professionals, housing partners and care providers are welcome to get in touch for an initial discussion about the person’s general requirements.
Please don’t include sensitive personal or clinical details in a first enquiry — we’ll agree a secure route if they’re needed.
